There is a lot to consider when planning your any important life celebration, but perhaps one of the most important decisions is choosing who will be your celebrant - the person who will officially announce that you are husband and wife for the very first time, who will declare your child's legal name and guardians, who will re-affirm your vows or oversee your commitment of love for your partner. A celebrant should reflect your personality, your style and your chosen feel for the day.
I have been a registered civil marriage celebrant since 2009, and have assisted in life celebration ceremonies all along the east coast of Australia. It is truly a passion of mine to help my clients create their perfect ceremony, and I work hard to ensure each ceremony I perform is sincere, individual and professional. I am youthful, fun and vibrant and believe in the joy of celebrating life's major milestones, such as weddings, baby naming, renewal of vows and commitments of same sex and heterosexual couples. I try to put my own personality into each ceremony, and work alongside my clients to create a personalised and styled ceremony that truly reflects their vision of their day.
I have lived on 4 continents and have seen many different styles of celebrations - traditional, informal, intimate, structured. No doubt you have your own vision of how your ceremony will be conducted, and I work with you to create a ceremony that will incorporate your dreams and ideas and reflect your own personalities.
With all ceremonies, we can meet for an informal chat first to see if you think I'd be what you are after for your ceremony. This can be done via Skype if you are not local to the Sunshine Coast. Please have a read of my testimonials page to get an idea of the kinds of ceremonies I can create. If you'd like to go ahead, we will need to meet again to start forming ideas about how your ceremony will be created, and start locking in some details. If you are booking a marriage ceremony, we will need to complete the legal paperwork required by the Australian Government. We can then communicate either face to face or via email and phone calls - whatever works best for you.
